Our primary mission is to provide at least one health conscious, well balanced, nutritious hot meal per day for all residents of the Safe Harbor Ranch.
Our secondary mission is to provide a commercial kitchen facility with the ability to cater to no less than 50 and up to 250 individuals per catered event.
Our final mission is to teach health conscious, well balanced, nutritious meal preparation techniques and procedures for those who wish to learn them.
2/5/2007 - M.O.T.H. Launch
The M.O.T.H. Project was the brainchild of John SoaringEagle. It was with his extensive personal/business contacts along with his financial market knowledge, a very generous start-up grant from Medicine Wheel USA Inc. was able to be obtained.
Because of this group of Native American individuals whose professions ranged from attorneys to doctors to successful businessmen a thought had become a reality.
